Items purchased will be dispatched within two business days of receiving cleared payment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery in the UK will normally be by Royal Mail and usually take between 2 and 4 days after dispatch.
For international sales the buyer is responsible for any customs or import charges or local taxes levied in the buyer's Country of residence.
Change of mind returns will be accepted if made within 30 days of receipt of the purchased item. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refund of the purchase price and any outgoing postage costs will be made on receipt of the item purchased if returned in the same condition as received by the purchaser.
We warrant that the items for sale are as described. If the item you receive is not as we have described please let us know and we will try to resolve to your satisfaction. This does not affect your right to make change of mind returns within 30 days of receipt of the purchased item.
Any dispute shall be settled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English language is to be used.
