Reverend P Fraser letter (c 1830-40)

Reverend P Fraser letter (c 1830-40)

We think that Fraser succeeded Thomas Parkinson as Recor of Kegworth in 1830

in 1833 the British magazine recorded the marriage of "P. Fraser, r. of Kegworth, Leicestershire, to Elizabeth Rachel, eldest d. of Dr. Blackburne, of Eastcott House, Wookey"

This letter is certainly affectionate, starting Il mio Cuore (My heart) and may well have been to Elizabeth as he says "it may serve as a remembrance of your promise"

This item was found in a very large collection of genuine autographs, letters and other ephemera purchased at an auction in Cardiff.

Condition: Paper/glue residue to back
