Description: 1899 London postmark, addressed to Mrs Walsh, The Precinct, Canterbury. Sender not identified but quite possibly clergy as he asks to bring Canon Burn Murdoch with him and Mrs Walsh is very probably the wife of William Walsh, Canon and Archdeacon of Canterbury and ex bishop of Mauritius and of Dover
Condition: Browned (more so than appears in photos), light marks, creased
