Items purchased will be dispatched within two business days of receiving cleared payment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery in the UK will be by Royal Mail or Courier and will normally take between 2 and 5 days after dispatch.
Change of mind returns will be accepted if made within 14 days of receipt of the purchased item. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refund of the purchase price and any outgoing postage costs will be made on receipt of the item purchased if returned in the same condition as received by the purchaser.
Vintage and collectable items are neither warranted nor guaranteed. This does not affect your right to make change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt of the purchased item.
The purchaser shall not be entitled to make a claim for faulty goods in respect of any pre-existing wear, fault, damage or use limitation stated in the condition report or shown in the item photographs.
Collectables and vintage items may not be built in accordance with modern standards and regulations and their usage history will not be known. Irrespective of the lack of any damage, wear or fault such items may no longer be suitable for their original purpose. The purchaser's use of such items other than for display and any damage or injury resulting is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any dispute shall be settled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English language is to be used.
Packing materials: Where possible we source and use recycled packing materials and request that you re-use these if possible, or ensure that they are recycled where feasible.
